BackgroundIntravascular lithotripsy (IVL) use has been well described in calcified coronary artery disease. It deemed an effective and a safe method for plaque modification. In-stent restenosis (ISR) remains major challenge revascularization especially multilayer ISR. The of IVL ISR off label case reports small series.
